2009 AIA Brooklyn Chapter Golf Outing

Once again the Golf Gods were looking down upon us and said "Let there be good weather" and it was to be. The entire prior week was hot and steamy until Thursday, August 20th, when 115 golfers descended on the newly refurbished Dyker Golf Course for a 7:30 shotgun start. A fun filled day with breakfast, golf, and a catered lunch under the tent.

Our 16th Annual Golf Outing was designed to bend with the economic times. This year it was more important than ever for the chapter to show its thanks to the golfers and supporters from previous years. We kept the fees equal to or lower than last year and as always our supports were with us.

So at this time, as Chairman of the Golf Committee, I would personally like to thank all our sponsors, golfers, and committee members for helping make this a successful outing during these turbulent times.
